Order confirmation:
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email to the address linked to your Zalando account.
This email will include a summary of your order, your Order Number and the estimated delivery date.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
You can always keep an eye on the live status of your order by logging into your Zalando account and heading to the “My Orders” section.
Shipping confirmation:
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your delivery tracking number and the direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Sometimes, your order might arrive in separate parcels, especially if items are coming from different warehouses or partners. If this happens, you’ll receive individual shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each parcel.
