Orders

Placing an order with us is super simple and quick. Just follow the steps below.

  1. Find your favourite items and add them to your bag: Once you find something you like, choose your preferred colour, size, and quantity, then click”Add to Bag”.

  2. Review your shopping bag : Once you’re ready to check out, click on the shopping bag icon to see everything you’ve selected. Take a moment to double-check that the colour, size, and quantity for each item are correct.

  3. Head to checkout: Once you’re happy with your selection, click “Go to Checkout.”

  4. Log in or register: Login into your Zalando account if you haven’t already done so yet. If you don’t have a Zalando account, you can quickly create one by going to register.

  5. Delivery address: Let us know where you’d like your parcel to be delivered. If you have a few addresses saved, just make sure to select the correct one.

  6. Payment method: Select how you’d like to pay for your order by choosing one of the available payment methods.

  7. Confirm your order: On the Order Summary page, carefully review your order. This is your last chance to add a Voucher code or Gift card, just add it in the dedicated field and click ‘Redeem’.

Please note:

  • For beauty product purchases, please refer to the product packaging for the ingredients, as the list of ingredients may change.

  • Once you click “Place Your Order,” we unfortunately can’t make any changes to the items, sizes, colours, quantities, payment method or delivery address for that order.

  • At the moment, we don’t offer gift wrapping services. However, if you’re looking for the perfect gift for any occasion, you can purchase a digital or physical Zalando Gift Card.

Don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Order confirmation:

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email to the address linked to your Zalando account.

This email will include a summary of your order, your Order Number and the estimated delivery date.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

You can always keep an eye on the live status of your order by logging into your Zalando account and heading to the “My Orders” section.

Shipping confirmation:

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your delivery tracking number and the direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

Please note:

  • Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

  • Sometimes, your order might arrive in separate parcels, especially if items are coming from different warehouses or partners. If this happens, you’ll receive individual shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for each parcel.

Cancelling an order

You can usually cancel your order for a short time after placing it.

How to cancel:
  • Go to ‘Your account’ and select ‘Orders’.

  • Find the order you want to cancel and click ‘View order’.

  • If the ‘Cancel order’ or ‘Cancel item’ button is available, click it to cancel.

Once confirmed, you can start fresh and place a new order.

If the cancel button isn’t there, it’s too late to cancel. Our team won’t be able to cancel it for you either.

 

 

 

A few things to keep in mind about cancelling:
  • Vouchers: If you used a voucher code, you’ll need to cancel the whole order.

  • Khan Partner items: You can only cancel these as a full order, not item by item.

  • Final decision: You can’t undo a cancellation, but you can always place a new order!

Modifying an order

We can’t modify your order once you’ve placed it. This means we can’t swap sizes, add items, or change your delivery and billing addresses.

If you need to change your address or items, we recommend cancelling your current order and placing a new one.

Pricing on Khan is based on independent internal calculation. Our product pricing is subject to change due to a variety of reasons including, but not limited to: availability, special offers, sales, and seasonal offers.

We always strive for the best possible prices. Make sure to check Khan regularly so you don’t miss out on any bargains!

The prices of our products include VAT and you don’t have to worry about this despite any possible VAT changes.

If an item you want is sold out, we can let you know as soon as it’s back in stock.

How do I get notified?

  • Click ‘Notify me’ on the product page.

  • Confirm your email address.

  • We’ll send you an email if your preferred size is restocked within the next 3 months.

Will the item be reserved for me?

No, receiving a notification doesn’t reserve the item for you. Our most popular pieces go fast, so it’s best to act quickly once you get the email before it sells out again!

Our returns process is simple. You can make a free return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Please initiate your return by clicking on the “Return items” button. Just make sure to choose the reason “I received the wrong item” from the available return reasons.

Limited items are particularly desirable items that are only available in small quantities.

Why can’t I add this item to my bag?

We have a dedicated checkout for our most desirable or limited items, so the ‘Add to bag’ button is replaced with ‘Buy now’ to help you purchase your item more quickly!

Why can’t I purchase this item?

We want to ensure that limited items (particularly desirable items that are only available in small quantities, for example) are available for our customers to order. For this reason, these items are protected by various technical security measures against being ordered, for example, by automated systems or commercially acting persons. Unfortunately, it cannot be ruled out that individual customers will not be able to complete the ordering process even though the security measures are not intended for them.

How do I sign up for an invitation?

When you click on the item, you’ll see a button that says ‘Sign up for an invite.’ Make sure you select a colour and size before you sign up.

I got an invitation! Now what?

Congratulations! Now you can use the invitation to buy the item you wanted. Click ‘Shop now’ in the email with your invite and go ahead and buy it. Remember, you can’t change the colour or size of the item at this stage.

How long are invites valid for?

Invitations are typically valid for 2 hours from the time you have received them in your inbox. The validity of the invitation is clearly stated in the email with your invitation.

Why haven’t I received an invitation yet?

Invites are typically limited as these items are in high demand. Once you’ve signed up for an invitation, you’ll be in the running to get an invite for the next 7 days after the product’s official release date. Invites are only sent out after the release date has been reached. If you don’t get an invitation by then or the following next 7 days, we’re sorry but you’ll have to sign up for an invitation again when the item is back in stock.

How do I know if an item is invite-only?

You will know when an item is invite-only when you see the ‘Add to bag’ button has been replaced with ‘Sign up for an invite.’ Invite only items are typically in high demand and have limited stock availability.

Can I return invite-only items?

Yes, you can return invite-only items.

Can I change the size or colour after I’ve signed up for an invite?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the colour and size you picked after you have signed up for an invitation.

Can I sign up for multiple invitations?

Unfortunately, you can sign up for an invitation to buy an item only once. We will only consider your most recent sign-up. However, once 7 days have passed and you did not receive an invitation, you can sign up for another invitation if the product is still available.

What advantages do Plus members have to get invite only items?

We reserve dedicated stock of invite-only items for Plus members, so they’re more likely to get an invite.

How can I add Beauty samples to my order?

Free Beauty samples are available for all orders above a minimum order value of 39,90 €. Once your order has reached this value, you will be eligible to checkout with your samples. In case you do not reach the minimum order value, your samples will remain in your cart and you can checkout with your other Khan articles. You can add up to 2 Beauty samples per order.

Not all Beauty products are available as samples, but we are working closely together with our brands and partners to offer more and more samples for you in the future.

 

When will I receive my Beauty samples?

The samples will be shipped in an extra package, separate from the other items in your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the samples to reach your mailbox. While it could take a little longer to deliver the Beauty samples, you will of course receive the rest of your order within our regular delivery times.

 

What can I do if I haven’t received my Beauty samples?

We’re sorry if the samples didn’t reach you. As it takes a bit longer to deliver them, we ask you to please bear with us for 7 business days. If you haven’t received the samples within that time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via one of our contact options below.

 

Can I return my Beauty samples?

There is no return option available for the Beauty samples, as we only send them for you to try them out.
