Khan Plus

When you turn on Khan Plus, you’ll get points with every order or by doing things such as adding your measurements, adding your birthday to your profile or by subscribing to our newsletter. Full details of the activities in which you’ll earn points can be found at your Plus homepage. The more points you collect, the more rewards you unlock!

If you have a Khan account, you’re all set to start collecting points, you just need to accept the terms and conditions in the Plus section of your account. As a welcome gift, we’ll pre-fill your points based on your last 12 months of activity.

If you’re new to Khan, you can turn on Plus during your Khan registration.

Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Wolt account.

You will get points by purchasing qualifying items or by taking actions such as updating your size profile, adding your birthday or by subscribing to our newsletter.

The more points you collect, the higher the level you’ll be on and the more rewards you’ll get.

Unfortunately Khan Plus is not currently available to all customers.

You will be able to see which level you are on in the Plus section of your account, it will also be displayed on the Khan home page. We’ll let you know how many points you need to level up so you always know where you stand. If you have pending points, you’ll automatically level up once they become available.

Your points are valid for 1 year from the date they are awarded, which means they will contribute to your level status for 12 months.

You can access your rewards through your Plus home page. Sometimes, you may find them available for redemption at other points during your journey, such as during checkout. If a reward has a limit (e.g. free standard delivery) once you’ve used it all up, you’ll have to wait until the next year or until you level up.

Please note:

  • You can’t use your points to buy rewards directly; they’re connected to your level and based on the points that you collect.

Priority Access offers Plus Superstars early access to new arrivals; and invitations to exclusive product drops on Khan.

Plus Superstars can shop for new hot releases before they are available to all customers. This includes highly anticipated releases and collaborations from popular brands in shoes, clothing, accessories, and beauty for men, women, and children.

You can check out our release radar to view upcoming releases. We might not show every release here – some will be kept as a surprise! – but it will give you an idea of what products are usually available through Priority Access.

With each launch, Plus members can check to see the expiry date on each collection or article, but timeframes will differ depending on the item or collection. Keep in mind that stock can often sell out during this period and, for this reason, many items might not be made available to purchase for non-members.

Important note:

  • Priority Access items may be in very high demand, limited in quantity, or may even be one-off releases.

Free Premium delivery is available a number of times a year for our Plus Stars, and is an unlimited reward for our Plus Superstars. More details can be found on your Plus homepage

You will normally receive your Khan Plus order within 1-2 business days with Premium Delivery. Premium Delivery is offered from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Premium Delivery is free for Plus members who have reached Plus Star or higher.

We may split your order into multiple parcels to speed up your delivery. If you do not wish to receive multiple parcels please select the Standard delivery option.

  • Khan Partner items cannot be shipped via Premium Delivery.

The higher your Plus level, the longer you can snag your favourite local eats for free.

  • Plus Shine gets 4 months free Wolt+

  • Plus Star gets 6 months free Wolt+

  • Plus Superstar gets 12 months free Wolt+

 

How can I get a free Wolt+ subscription?

As a Plus Shine, Star, or Superstar, you can claim your free subscription to Wolt+ directly from the Plus home . Just follow the steps on that page to connect your Khan account with Wolt, and that’s it.

 

Do I need a Wolt account?

You don’t need to have a Wolt account but, if you already have one, you can access the benefit all the same.

 

I already have a Wolt+ subscription, can I still get the benefit?

Yes, of course. After you redeem the benefit from the Plus home, your next payment date will be postponed to 4, 6 or 12 months depending on your Plus level.

 

What happens if my Plus level changes?

When you level up, you can claim the next-level benefit from the Plus home. You will need to redeem the benefit once again, and the free subscription will be extended based on your new level, with a maximum of 12 months in total.

But don’t worry if you lose your current level, your free Wolt+ subscription will continue until its expected end date.

 

What happens after my free Wolt+ subscription ends?

Once your free subscription ends, you will be charged according to Wolt’s terms and conditions. You can cancel it anytime directly from your Wolt account.

 

Can I cancel my Wolt+ subscription?

Of course. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Wolt account.

Each new level comes with a different set of benefits and lasts one year. Your level could then change depending on how many points you have.

So how do I maintain my level?

You earn points whenever you buy an item and they become active once the return period is over. You can also win additional points by completing missions or during special events.

If you would like to turn off Plus, just go to Plus home and click ‘Deactivate Plus.’
