We know shopping online can sometimes be challenging, so we want to make this experience as easy as possible for you. By sharing your experiences with our products through ratings and reviews, you can now provide valuable feedback, tips, and suggestions for other customers.

We want to give you plenty of time to try out your new item, so we might send you an email 12 days after your purchase, inviting you to leave a review of the product.

Please note that reviews can only be submitted for products purchased within the last 180 days.

Where can I see the ratings and reviews?

You can see customers’ ratings and reviews directly on the product page!

Our site will also feature reviews from other retailers for the same product, which you’ll be able to easily identify as third-party reviews in proximity to the review, helping you make an even more informed decision when considering a purchase.

How are overall ratings calculated?

Overall ratings are calculated based on the average of all ratings submitted for a product. This helps give a balanced view of the product’s performance according to all customer feedback.

What can I include in my review?

When leaving a review, you’ll be asked to provide a nickname and a star rating which will be mandatory. You can add a title for your review and a free text description where you can share your experience with the product.

Can I delete my review after submitting it?

Yes, you can delete your review. To request the deletion of a review, please contact privacy@khan.com .

If you decide to delete your account, your review will be anonymised instead of being deleted. This means your review will remain on the site, but it will no longer be associated with your account.
